chore: cleanup project

- Remove nodemailer (unused dependency)
- Remove .opencode folder (skills moved to Hermes)
- Remove .genkit folder (cache, not needed)
- Remove AGENTS.md (info moved to skills)
- Remove YANDEX_MAIL_SETUP.md (outdated)
- Add typecheck script to package.json
- Update bun.lockb
